I just wanted to add that he needs a steady intake of something with energy to try to return and maintain his metabolism. If he is willing to swallow, here are some ideas on energy treatment.
=============================================
Goat Stops Eating/Weak Goat - Energy Treatment
MAGIC formula:
1 part molasses, 2 parts karo syrup, 1 part corn/veg oil. Mix with a bit of warm water to thin it.
For adult - Give 3-4 times a day 1 to 3 ounces at a time orally slightly warmed.
or
Dextrose 50% given orally(for your size buckling, apx 12-15 ml first then 8-10 ml every 2 hrs)
or
Revive formula
or
Goat Nutri-drench product
or at the very least oral periodic doses of corn syrup slightly diluted in warm water.
=============================================
I personally prefer the dextrose.

Does he have diarrhea? It usually indicates coccidiosis at his age which is deadly if not promptly treated. Increased grazing after weaning stress tends to bring this on.

Also dehydration will kill a downed kid very quickly. The electrolytes help some. Lactated Ringers solution given by SQ injection can sustain life for treatment of the problem. Any vet should have that.

He needs to be kept propped upright so that he can digest any food left in his system. Also massage the upper left side of stomach(rumen)to help him expel any notable gas buildup.
To help you diagnose the problem, we sort of need more info as Maggie was indicating.

The low body temp indicates his systems are shutting down. You need to get him warmed back up to at least 101 (102.5 is normal body temp). He may be able to stand after that. Teeth grinding indicates pain.

Was he weaned recently? Was he eating well at the time? Has he been dewormed recently or treated for coocidia with Corid? Has there been a change in diet, pasture, new hay bale or bag of feed? Has he been given any oral antibiotics?

Check his eyelid membranes by pulling down the lower eyelid. The should be deep rosy pink, like raw salmon. If they are pale or white he is very anemic and this can make them very weak. He may be having symptoms of goat polio.

I would give Fortified B Complex (this formula has 100 mg/ml of thiamin, vitamin B1) at 1 cc per 20 pounds by SQ injection every 3 hours. If it is polio you may see a dramatic improvement within an hour, but you need to keep treating.

If you have a knowledgeable vet I would call and get the goat in to be treated.
