Call your ag extension agent, post signs in the local feed stores. Contact 4-H and FFA leaders (your ag extension agent can help you with this). Look on the National Pygmy Goat Association website, the American Dairy Goat Website, the American Goat Society website, and the Nigerian Dwarf Goat Association website for clubs, breeders and members near you. Call or email any that are even remotely close. Google farm animal rescues in Iowa or the neighboring states. Look for someone with a petting zoo. If the local fair has a petting zoo call the fair office and find out who it is and how to get hold of them. Some of the "Pick Your Own Produce" places have a small petting zoo and may take your animals. Call the local Animal Control or Humane Society to see if they know of a farm animal rescue.
